At PimpMyHoodie our aim is to translate your thoughts and ideas onto clothing or merchandise that you are going to want to keep for ever as a reminder of the good times you had as a part of you team or society!..

To help make you feel more involved in the creation of your custom products we actively encourage you be involved in every step of the design process, even if you haven't had any previous experience!..

When you place your order one of our designers will speak to you to discuss any themes, logos, colours or concepts that you have in mind, all which will give us a starting point to get cracking on your custom hoodie or garment design!

(Don't worry if you don't want to be involved in the design process!.. Equally we're just as happy to get on with it and present you with a mind blowing final design!)

If you have a pre-existing club logo we can very easily incorporate or "Pimp" it as part of our design. Our designers are fully trained professional graphic designers, so whether your logos are a rough version or a finely polished final visual we'll work with you every step of the way to create something that easily translates to screen print and looks great!..

If you don't have any existing artwork or logos for your team or society, or if your existing logo consists of no more than some biro doodles on a napkin dont worry, it's not a problem!..

Our highly skilled and professional designers will be more than happy to create something amazing, specifically for you, from scratch!..

Based on your original Ideas or thoughts we'll create some stunning mock visuals for you to look at so you can then tell us what you do and don't like. Then when we've got more of an idea of what it is your after we'll take those elements (the ones you like!) and keep tweaking them until we have a final design!..

Quite often teams or societies are backed by sponsors and quite understandibly sponsors do like to have their logos on any garments that your team or society wear!..

If you have sponsors logos that you'd like us to incorporate into the design then let us know at the beginning of the design process and we should be able to encorprate the sponsors without too much trouble!..

Please note we're happy to include sponsors logos, however how they are included is at our discression, i.e. if you ask us to include a sponsors logo that's fine, but if when you bring it to us it's got a large amount of colours or fades we probably won't be able to print it exactly like that as that's just not how screen printing works!.. :-S

However, don't worry!.. :-) We do this all day everyday and we know what we're doing!.. It's not really a problem for us to convert a sponsors logo so that it is suitable for screen print!

In fact most companies have different versions of each of their logos for reasons exactly like this!..

All you have to do is just send us your sponsors logo (in one of the formats suggested below!) and we'll do the rest!.. and of course you'll always have final approval before we go to print, so there's nothing to worry about!.. :-)

If your intending to provide us with your clubs existing logos & artwork or your team sponsors logos then we usualy request that the artwork be supplied in a specific format. This enables us to make sure that we get the best results for reproduction, ultimatly meaning that your garments will look amazing!..

Here are the 4 main industry standard formats that we prefer: (in order of preference!)

We don't have any hard and fast rules when it comes to designing some super cool new graphics for your amazing super high quality hoodies, we find that working in this way helps us to be much more creative, and ultimately means that you'll end up with an amazing design on an amazing garment!..

However just to make sure that no one takes advantage of our "super-nice-e-ness" we do have to let you know about a few things:

All of our hoodie and garment prices are detailed as being "All Inclusive" however this is only within context, i.e. just because we say that it's "All inclusive" it doesn't mean that you can have hoodies made from 24 carat gold thread!.. ;-D

The amount of print positions on the garment, and the amount of colours used in the designs is at our discretion. i.e. if you were to ask for a hoodie with 117 different print colours, with an all over print that covers the inside and the outside of the garment we'd probably have to politely decline!.. :-S (Not sure why you'd want that though!.. ;-D

We know that it's very unlikely that someone will try it on to such an extent, but we asked our mums and they told us that we should probably add a disclaimer just to be safe!.. ;-D

However, please don't think that this means we'd difficult people, or that your won't get what you want!.. in fact far from it!..

The vast majority of the time we make it our mission to go above and beyond the norm' to make sure that you're so blown away by the high quality of our designs and garments, So that you'll keep coming back to us again and again!..

(Some of our best customers have been coming to us once or twice a year for at least the last 5 years!.. )

We are of course more than happy to discuss your needs and expectations fully and we think you'll find that we'll quite probably exceed them!..

However if your still not convinced, don't worry because you'll always have final approval on anything that we do before it goes to print!..
